What is PROPMETRIK?
PROPMETRIK is a real estate platform for Ghana that brings property valuation, property and tenant management, deal management, construction project management and market intelligence together in one place.
Which valuation methods does PROPMETRIK support?
Sales comparison, income (including discounted cash flow), cost, depreciated replacement cost, profits, residual, market rent and land value. Results from several methods can be reconciled into one opinion of value in a single report.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Yes. Tenants pay through the PROPMETRIK tenant portal or the PROPMETRIK HOME app, with payments processed by Paystack, including mobile money.
Does PROPMETRIK work outside Accra?
Yes. Properties and valuations can be recorded in all 16 regions of Ghana. Market data is most detailed in Greater Accra and grows in other regions as more listings are collected.
Is there a PROPMETRIK mobile app?
Yes. PROPMETRIK Pro is the app for real estate professionals and PROPMETRIK HOME is the app for renters. Both are on the App Store and Google Play.
